Receiving Energy Healing

A GENTLE GUIDE

Welcome to your healing session. Whether this your first time or your fifth, here are a few loving reminders to help you receive the most from this experience.

 

1. Come As You Are

There's nothing you need to do or be. You don't need to clear your mind or hold a perfect posture. Just arrive in your body, in your breath, in this moment. That's enough.

 

2. Soften Into Stillness

Allow yourself to relax deeply. Rest your body, close your eyes, and let go of the day. When your body feels safe and supported, your energy begins to move and rebalance itself with ease.

 

3. Be Open to What You Feel

Each session is unique. You might feel warmth, tingles, emotions, or simply deep calm. You may drift into a meditative state or feel sensations moving in your body. Let it be what it is — without needing to change or understand it.

 

4. Let Go of Control

There's no need to "figure it out." Reiki and other energy healing modalities work with your body’s natural wisdom. Trust that the energy knows exactly where to go and what to do.

 

5. Set a Gentle Intention (If you'd like)

"I am open to receive." "I allow healing to unfold." "I welcome balance and peace." Intentions invite cooperation between your conscious mind and your deeper self.
 

6. After the Session

Drink water. Take it slow. Notice how you feel — subtle shifts, emotions, clarity, or physical release. Be gentle with yourself. Allow the healing to continue to unfold over the next few days.
